The parish council is looking at the Norfolk Rural Community Council’s “Thinking Fuel Scheme” and was wondering if this would be of interest to people living locally.  If there was enough interest it would consider supporting the scheme which would enable people to buy their heating oil at reduced costs.
Please let it know if you or your neighbour would be intested.  It would be anticipated neighbours and friends would help those that do not have access to the internet or who are not confident using it.  If there is enough interest the Norfolk RCC will be invited to present the scheme at the Annual Parish Meeting in 2013.
