Your Parish Council has joined the “Thinking Fuel” scheme run by the Norfolk RCC in partnership with Affinity. We have paid the joining fee on behalf of the communities of Brampton and Oxnead.
In essence this scheme bulk buys fuel, mainly but not exclusively oil, which means residents can enjoy a very attractive discount. The attached form gives more details and tells householders how they can use the scheme.
